Is Legacy at Lucas Valley new construction?
Yes. Legacy is a collection of twenty-eight brand-new single-family homes along Erin Drive and Erin Court in San Rafael, built by Haven Development. Every home is built new, with modern systems, new-home quality, and builder warranty support behind it.
Does every home really include an ADU?
Yes. Every Legacy floor plan includes a first-floor ADU with its own separate entrance. It is a real, private living space, not a converted room, well suited to multigenerational living, guests, caregivers, or a quiet separate office away from the main house.
How large are the homes?
Legacy homes range from approximately 3,081 to 3,769 square feet across five distinct floor plans. Every plan is a four or five bedroom home with a two-car garage and private outdoor living. Select plans add lofts, offices, flex rooms, optional bedrooms and baths, and an optional elevator.
Can I personalize my finishes?
Yes. Through Haven's HomeSite Services Design Studio you can personalize cabinetry, countertops, hardwood flooring, tile, backsplash, and appliance packages, guided by a team that supports buyers through the process every day.
What schools serve the community?
